Australia is a sports mad country. We love to get out into the fresh air and sunshine and make the most of it by being active.

This video project captures the passion of people who give 110% to their sport. They might be the local skateboarding legend, an 80 year old mountain biker, an obsessive marathon runner, or the cricket captain of the under 35s. These short videos capture the motivations of people who give it everything they’ve got.

Is it the fear of losing or the thrill of winning? Is it the personal race or the team work that gets them going? Or is it just the rush they get when they’re living life on the edge?

If you know someone who is 110%, profile them here and their story may make it onto ABC Grandstand.

If you’d like some help get in touch with the ABC Open producer in your region to find out about workshops. We will also be publishing some comprehensive instructions to help you get started.

Videos will be featured on ABC Grandstand, ABC News 24, ABC Local Online and on our website.
